Today I’m going to teach you a simple business lesson – don’t drive naked. No, I’m not referring to your attire; I’m referring to your company’s vehicles. If you have a vehicle on the road every day without graphics you are missing out on a huge opportunity to generate brand awareness and drive new customers to you. Want to find out why vehicle graphics are an effective form of advertising? Check out some of the key reasons listed below.
Visibility, Visibility, Visibility
When it comes to any type of advertising, visibility is key. The Outdoor Advertising Association of America reports that one vehicle wrap can generate between 30,000-70,000 impressions daily. That’s a lot of people seeing your ad! Just think about how many daily impressions your company could be creating each day with custom graphics installed on your fleet of vehicles. The more your audience sees your message the more aware they will become of your brand and the more likely they are to have a positive purchasing behavior towards your brand.
Mobility is a must.
Most traditional forms of advertising are dependent on your audience coming to you, like seeing your billboard, print ad or commercial, whereas with vehicle graphics your ad goes directly to them. Vehicle graphics allows for you to easily and cost-effectively test markets, launch new products, and show up for key events with the turn of a key.
No Cookie-Cutter Template
With vehicle graphics there is no “fit your ad into this standard space” when it comes to your design. Each design is customized for your business’ needs and can include simple lettering and decals to a full wrap. The great thing with vehicle graphics is that designs are customized specifically for your company to help you reach your audience.

I’m sure you are all dying to find out who the comeback kid of 2012 is right? Well, I’m not going to drag this out forever like they do on all of those reality shows….the comeback kid of 2012 is the Trade Show. That’s right, now you are one of not-so-few people to know that trade shows are making their comeback in 2012. So far this year trade show attendance has been at an all-time high, which means now is the perfect time to register – especially if you’ve been debating whether or not to exhibit.
To help you make an impact while exhibiting we have compiled the top trends that you should know for 2012.
Technology Replacing Products
Technology replacing products is a top trend for 2012. The ease of use and portability of iPads and laptops has resulted in technology replacing physical products on display in exhibits. Incorporating technology into your exhibit allows exhibit staff to demonstrate new products more easily and effectively with trade show attendees. It also helps reduce shipping cost and set-up time of your exhibit.
Use of Social Media
Social media is still a top trend for 2012. Companies are connecting with attendees before the show, during the show, and after the show through twitter, facebook, and linked-in. Companies are even offering at-show promotions which reward those who “check-in” at the show. Social media draws traffic to your booth while also reinforcing your brand.
Wi-Fi Hot-Spots
Offering free wi-fi in your booth is another top trend to watch. With so many of these conference centers being constructed of solid un-destructible materials its near impossible to connect to wi-fi. Companies are taking note of this and many are starting to offer free wi-fi in their booth. This is another way to draw attendees to your booth and engage them with your great exhibit and message.
Impactful Graphics
Making a statement with impactful graphics and unusual displays is another top trend for 2012. Companies understand how difficult it is to engage attendees at trade shows, so they are starting to go all out with unique graphics and out-of-the-ordinary displays. Companies are going the uncanny route because it works – they attract attendees to their booth and with the help of excellent exhibit staff keep them engaged.
Now that you’ve read the top trends for 2012 you are ready to get out there and exhibit. If you need more information or helpful tips about exhibiting contact us today at 989.695.6770 or marketing@zentx.com.

ZENTX Media Group (ZENTX), a visual solution provider in the Great Lakes Bay Region, is creating Michigan’s largest New Years Eve ball for Midnight on Main’s New Years Eve ball drop. The Midnight on Main event will take place in downtown Midland, MI on New Years Eve and will feature entertainment, beverage tents, fireworks, ice sculptures, and more.
The 1,200-pound ball, which was designed and fabricated internally at ZENTX, measures 8 feet in diameter – currently the largest New Years Eve ball in the state of Michigan. The ball contains an aluminum structure and acrylic panels that house over 2,300 LED/RGB lights. The lighting contains over 300 individually controlled nodes, which allows for millions of color variations. In addition to the creation of the ball, ZENTX is also programming custom light shows to be seen during the event.
“This New Years Eve ball is a perfect example of what ZENTX is all about – clients come to us when they have an idea that can’t be easily found in the marketplace and we turn it into a reality. In this case, the Midnight on Main committee came to us with the idea, we provided some concepts and now we are days away from completion of the ball.” said Mike Wenz, President of ZENTX Media Group. “ZENTX is thrilled to be creating the ball for Midnight on Main, and of course we had to make it the largest in the state.”
At the Midnight on Main event, the New Years Eve ball will be suspended approximately 100 feet high in the air on Main Street in downtown Midland by a crane, supplied by Fisher Contracting, Midland, MI. The ball will descend 80 feet during the countdown to midnight and will rest on a platform approximately 20 feet high in the air for attendees to view.
